Zera by Iplehouse was the first ball jointed doll I purchased and the one that got me further interested in the concept. She was originally
purchased to be used as a pose reference guide for my various artwork, and was even planned to be stylized into a robotic gynoid figure, but
having seen how beautiful and realistic these dolls could look in their original state, I abandoned that plan to purchase and make various
clothes and props to photograph the doll with instead.
